SpectraGenetics is a GPCR Company with proprietary technology for the direct measurement of GPCR internalization, trafficking and recylcling back to the cell membrane. This technology does not rely on secondary messengers or require imaging. It is based on Fluorogen Activating Peptide (FAP) technology originally developed at Carnegie Mellon University. The company has tagged more than 150 GPCRs and has validated more than 30 cell lines.
