Telesis Therapeutics, LLC (TT), located in Pennsylvania, formed April 2015, has acquired patented technology from the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research (LIMR). Telesis has a well-established biopharma core competency, including accomplished scientific and commercial leadership representing both large and small pharma. Our chemotherapeutic agent TTL-315, a small molecule, anti-metabolite, for treatment of solid tumors, has positive non-GLP lab and animal data, with issued intellectual property. Pancreatic cancer, a deadly solid tumor, is the initial research target and the focus of TT?s development plans. Telesis is a for profit, early stage, life sciences accelerator. The company?s mission is to accelerate breakthrough discoveries from research institutions into therapies for patients. We are advancing a portfolio of discoveries through effective collaborations with institution partners, disease foundations, and industry. TT?s development and commercial focus is in the following disease areas: oncology, dermatology, and pain and inflammation; and includes small molecules, antibodies, proteins, and nucleotides. Telesis is eager to identify and develop assets that have issued or pending patents along with positive early pre-clinical data.
