Advanced Optronics (AO), co-founded by a team of engineers from Carnegie Mellon University, is developing flexible, biocompatible sensor systems to enable smarter, less invasive surgery for a variety of medical applications. Our first product provides real-time feedback to reduce surgical trauma during cochlear implant surgery.
